Your Salemme Pepper is the best around!! Your peppers started out on our dinner table for the typical "spice-it-up' dishes like stews and chili's, but now we use your spicy, flavorful peppers daily on pasta dishes, stews, pizza, salads, sauce and just about everything else to kick-it-up. Just a pinch of "Salemmes" (as we call them) on the most basic garden salad--turns the taste from boring to Lamborghini-like!!. I also add a pinch of "Salemmes" to barbecue sauce for grilling chicken, steak, and burgers. Outstanding!!
We love your pepper-- (we will never touch the old brown, crushed pepper you see in restaurants again)
