Every Salemme pepper aficionado knows that our petite peppers pack a mighty punch. We are proud to announce that the Salemme pepper comes in at 116,000 on the Scoville scale, a measure of the hotness of chili peppers. That's 20 times hotter than a jalapeƱo, and just shy of a habanero. Wow, that's spicy!
